WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THE Parshin Aleksei Mikhailovich PE PARTIES MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (a) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THE SERVICE MATERIALS OR USER CONTENT WILL BE VIEWABLE TO YOU; (b) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR (c) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY SERVICE MATERIALS OR USER CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
      THE “Parshin Aleksei Mikhailovich PE PARTIES” ARE COMPRISED OF Parshin Aleksei Mikhailovich PE AND ITS AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES, AND EACH OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS.
      UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE Parshin Aleksei Mikhailovich PE PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT ANY Parshin Aleksei Mikhailovich PE PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
